Mr Xiao served as a judge in the Shanghai People's High Court for many years, and worked in a foreign invested real estate company and an overseas listed company. Mr Xiao has extensive experience in corporate governance and corporate legal affairs, and is particularly proficient in foreign-related commercial disputes. He is currently an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and other ADR organizations, and is a member of China Law Society. Mr Xiao has been selected to join the Shanghai Foreign-related Legal Talent Pool.
